Ingredients
75g skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
30g pasta
50g fresh broccoli
50g fresh spinach
150ml of water
50g grated cheddar cheese
METHOD
1- Cook pasta for around 10 minutes until soft, add broccoli to the water for the last 4 minutes
2-Whilst pasta is cooking fry chicken strips until tender and lightly browned.
3-Add spinach to frying pan to wilt
4- Drain the pasta and broccoli and add the chicken and spinach and mix with the grated cheese
5-Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and add extra parmesan on top if desired
