FIRST AND SECOND TRIMESTER
Stay strong and confident in the early stages of pregnancy with classes hosted by a qualified and experienced instructor who can guide you through all the adaptions to suit your growing bump and changing body
THIRD TRIMESTER
Practice breath work and core engagement in your last trimester to prepare for birth and mobility exercises to feel good and keep your body moving in the final stage
POST PARTUM
Post partum recovery can be hard. With a new baby its hard to make time for yourself and feel confident in your body again.
At MAMA MOVES we help you to look after your mental as well as physival heath with expert programmes designed to strengthen your core, pelvic floor and ease those aches and pains

As you get stronger in your recovery we now focus on some cardio and low impact strength workouts to maintain and restore balance and core strength.
Adapt with the changes to your body and take it at your own pace. It may not seem like it in the thick of those sleepless nights but exercising with give you back some much needed energy and time for YOU!

Mama Moves founder Natalie Ferris is an experienced personal trainer with 10 years in the fitness industry specialising in pre and post natal.
A new mama herself after a 5 year IVF journey she wanted to create a community for other women who need support and guidance to build strong foundations, physically and mentally through these important stages whether its trying for a baby, during pregnancy or recovery after birth.
